ToastHost was created by a Toastmasters for other Toastmasters so we take our and your privacy seriously. The below policy document details what data we store, what we use it for and your rights.

Who we are

toasthost.co.uk (ToastHost) is a website run by Fieldmark Engineering Ltd. A company registered in the United Kingdom (registration number 04128165). With a registered address of Citycal House, 12 Bridge Road Business Park, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1TX.

What we do

We provide Toasthost services to support the online presence of Toastmasters clubs. We provide club websites and tools to help users mange and run their clubs.

What data we collect

To run ToastHost we collect information about our users, we keep the information limited to what we need to support our users and business.

User Data

The user data we collect is:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • The clubs a user is linked to
  • The actions the user performs on the site (such as creating a new blog post for a club)
ToastHost toasthost.services are intended for business use, and ToastHost does not knowingly collect personal information from people under the age of 18.

Club data

We collect various data about the club (input by our users) to support the club websites these include:
  • Club Name
  • Club short name
  • Web address (if using a custom url)
  • The club meeting dates and locations
  • The club information (welcome message, about our club etc)
  • Blog posts and photos the users uploads

Why we collect the data

We collect both the user and club data so that we can provide toasthost.services to the clubs that the users are part of. Users can manage their clubs web-presence via this site. We will not sell this data and store it only for the purposes of running this service.

What we do with the data

We use the data to help manage the clubs. We will send you emails for several reasons:
    • For club management we will send you automatic emails of key events (new user requests, details requiring updating.
      To let you know of updates and changes to the site and its available toasthost.services
    Automated emails will be sent to notify you of events within

    • Who has access to your data

    The information (except your password) is visible to two sets of people:
    • ToastHost staff - for the support management of the site (full information excluding password)
    • Members of ToastHost clubs you are associated with

    Our data is stored in two places:

    On our website toasthost.co.uk

    We store all of our data in our website database. This database is hosted in the Amazon Cloud (EU) and is held securely. All access to the site is via a secure https connection.

    How we use cookies

    ToastHost uses “cookies” to help personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server.     The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European regulation that came into force on the 25th May 2018. We By signing up to our site you are agreeing that we may store and use your data for the purposes stated in this policy. We always aim to be fully compliant with all privacy regulations.
